PLEASE TAKE SPECIAL NOTE
the Process after booking an appointment is as follows:
– Confirmed appointments will be sent via email to you. A confirmed booking ensures that your bike will be looked as a priority.
– Please come at your appointed time.
– If it is a bike repair/service drop off, an assessment will be given and payment upon acceptance of the bike prior to any work to be carried out.
– Should you need to cancel, the cancellation link is on the email.
– We have very limited space and this impacts the load we can handle at any one time. Please therefore ensure that you collect the bike within the next working day of being notified or we will have to charge storage of S$10/day 24 hrs after you have failed to collect.
When you come for your appointment, we will proceed as follows:
– An assessment will be given and payment made prior to the work being carried out.
– Take note that our servicing scope DOES NOT cover repair for critical parts that are neglected or damaged. Our staff will do an assessment and collect a S$300 deposit to repair any parts before servicing can commence.
– It is important that you bring all your original receipts and warranty registration for verification.
– Once the bike is repaired/serviced, an appointment will be arranged for you to collect your bike.
